THE LOVERS
The Lovers arrive, and they hesitate before knocking at the door, as if they
cannot make their mind up about entering the House of Death. Death does not
wait and opens the door anyway. Death bestows upon them the gift of urgency.
In return, they allow Death to see that Love recognises Him.
